1          THAT the rulings by the South African Development Community (SADC) Tribunal delivered on 28 November 2008 and 5 June 2009 are declared to be registered. i.e. recognised and enforceable in terms of article 32 of the Protocol on the SADC Tribunal, by the High Court of South Africa, and the quantum of the costs pursuant to the latter ruling is declared to be as determined by the Registrar of the SADC Tribunal in the allocator, namely US$5 816.47 abd ZAR112 780.13.
