LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
THIS Is the Last Will and Testament of me, …………….., presently of Zimbabwe, whereby I revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me.

I appoint the Senior Partner for the time being of the firm of ………………….., Legal Practitioners of …………………, to be the Executor of this my Will and Administrator of my estate and effects, granting unto him all such power as are allowed by law including those of assumption, and I do not require him to furnish security to the Master of the High Court for Mb administration.
I give and bequeath my movable and immovable property situate at ……………………………………………………………, free of any Mortgage Bond which may be registered over this property at the time of my death to ………………………………………… and in the event of her predeceasing me the said property shall fall into the residue of my estate,
