LAND ACQUISITION ACT [Chapter 20:10]
Vesting of Land, Taking of Materials and Exercise of Rights over Land
NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 8(1) of the Land Acquisition Act [Chapter 20:10], that the President intends to acquire compulsorily the land described in the Schedule for urban development.

SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF LAND
1. Deed of Transfer 1165/03, registered in the name of Marimba Industrial Properties Limited, in respect of certain piece of land situate in the district of Salisbury, being Stand 49 Aspindale Park Township of Subdivision A of Aspindale Park of Subdivisions A and B of Lochinvar, measuring eleven comma four four two zero (11,442 0) hectares.
2. Deed of Transfer 1166/03, registered in the name of Marimba Industrial Properties Limited, in respect of certain piece of land situate in the district of Salisbury, being Stand 50 Aspindale Park Township of Subdivision A of Aspindale Park of Subdivisions A and B of Lochinvar, measuring forty five comma five nine two nine (45,592 9 hectares).
3. Deed of Transfer 1167/03, registered in the name of Marimba Residential Properties Limited, in respect of certain piece of land situate in the district of Salisbury, being Remaining Extent of Salisbury Park of Lochinvar, measuring eighty comma seven eight seven five (80,787 5) hectares.
