Notice of Acquisition of Agricultural Land Under Section 16B (2) (a) (iii) of the Constitution
NOTICE is given, in terms of section 16B (2) (a) (iii) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, that the Minister of Lands and Rural Resettlement hereby acquires for and of behalf of the State, the land identified and described in the schedule for the purposes of settlement for agriculture.
Further take notice that ownership of the acquired land with full title therein is vested in the State with effect from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND
1. Deed of Transfer 1990/66, registered in the name of Leon Geoffrey Heathcote, in respect of a certain piece of land situate in the district of Gwelo, being Remaining Extent of Lot 19 of the Umsungwe Block measuring one hundred and eighty-five comma one two zero five acres (185.1205) acres.
