It is rumoured that Big Sky has been sold, which is untrue and irritating but we could live with it. However the rumoured “buyers” would have us heading for the hills as well!
Perhaps this started because we’ve been quiet about the new safety equipment regulations, S.I. 154 of 2010. Quite simply, this development took us completely by surprise. We decided not to join the sales frenzy until we know we can supply products that meet the required specifications, and have an informed knowledge of the situation. To this end we are working with our suppliers, the Standards Association of Zimbabwe and others to make sure we supply products that won’t end up being thrown away.
In the meanwhile, we look forward to preparing you for the bush and beach as we head for the holidays, and taking care of your travel needs in the meanwhile.
