Dear Farmer,

The meeting with Ambassador Makalima has been confirmed 11H00, 17 Feb 2011, CFU Harare, a light lunch will be served afterwards and there will be a cash bar.

Please support us with :

1)      Informing as many as possible SA Nationals to attend this meeting.

2)     2)      If distance is a problem try get a farmer(s) to represent  your district.

3)    3)       Prepare a report to hand to the SA Embassy about your situation and a copy for our office.

4)     4)    If possible let us know by Friday 11 Feb 2011 if you will attend – for planning lunch / drinks chairs etc.

We as SA Nationals have worked very hard this last year and I believe slowly but surely we are seeing some results, this meeting is your opportunity to meet with our  ambassador and other staff members, you will be given the opportunity to share your views with them in this meeting.

Looking forward to your support.

Dear SA citizen,

I met with ambassador Makalima and Mr. Makola today re problems faced by SA citizens re any form of document applications.

They have agreed to a special meeting with SA citizens belonging to the SA club on the 21 & 22 Feb 2011. The only condition is they would like to have some form of correspondence like receipt no’s and dates plus a short explanation of your problem(s). This is to be handed to them, by the SA club office, before meeting them.  Mr. Makola will personally meet with individuals facing problems on these two days provided they work through our office to prevent disorder. We will try to manage these days at best to fit everyone in a time slot. I think this is a golden opportunity to sort some of your problems.

Please get in touch with Rudolph de Wet  – [email protected] – with your details and preferred day to meet Mr. Makola.

Please get this email out to as many as possible SA citizens.

Mooi loop

Louis
