This film is about a Zimbabwean farmer’s court case in the Southern African Development Community Tribunal held in Windhoek, Namibia. The case was taken to the Regional Court in his efforts to seek justice for the loss of his agricultural investment in Zimbabwe, which, like the majority of the productive commercial farm land, was arbitrarily seized without compensation.
The violence against farm workers is also vividly highlighted in this DVD.
