Twiga Chemicals Zambia is a division of the AJ Group having its presence in Africas , Asia , Europe and Americas , having a diverse portfolio from agrochemicals, to public health, veterinary products and industrial chemicals to ICT , IT , Hotels and Real estate . The Twiga division is represented in many parts of Africa and has Twiga offices in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Mozambique, Angola, DRC, and most recently Ethiopia. This is a dynamic organization, with a multifaceted approach to business.

The candidate we are looking for must have experience in the agrochemical industry, and or with a strong back ground in Agriculture and has had experience in running and maintaining solid business and development modules

The expectations are that the successful candidate will carry out the following

 Set and define targets and budgets for the Twiga team in Zambia on related sales of products within each division

 Set goals and drive the Twiga team to achieve these

 Set and monitor stock movements in relation to sales

 To structure pricing matrixes of products, applicable to sustain Twiga and encourage customer growth

 Drive sales of agronomic related products through continual interface with the customer

 Monitor debtors and drive collections and remain cognizant of any changes within each debtor category

 Liaise with suppliers to Twiga, with a constant focus of a changing market .

 Research and monitor new product developments globally and ensure that where necessary those products applicable are continually integrated in to the Twiga Zambia portfolio in order to remain current and ahead of the competition

 To continually liaise, network and communicate, with distributors, NGOs, Government institutions and related companies within the Industry in order to remain current and in tune with the demands and nuances in an ever changing market

 To maintain high Quality standards on all Twiga products in relation to EU requirements and as defined under the Twiga Group ethos

 

Salary will be commensurate with degree of experience .
